Q. I do not have a Validation code. Where can I get one?
A. Please ask the store where you participated to provide you with a unique validation code. Only your local TSC store has the code to register your adoption.
Q. My code doesn’t work. What do I do?
A. Please try entering the code again. Please note that none of the codes contain the letter “O”. Only zeroes (0) are used in the codes. Please also make sure your Caps Lock is not turned on. The codes are not case sensitive but a Caps Lock can change the character entered.

Q. How soon will we receive our reward?
A. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing and shipping of your reward from the date you register your visit.
Q. Are we allowed to bring animals on site at a TSC store location?
A. Yes! Leashed pets are always welcome at TSC stores. Ask your store manager or event captain about accommodating specific animals for the event. All animals are welcome unless state laws prohibit animals in store.
Q. Are we allowed to solicit donations or raise money?
A. Yes, as long as you have cleared this with the TSC store manager and the activity is not otherwise prohibited.
Q. Will we be given space inside or outside of the store?
A. This will vary by location. TSC will work to accommodate your group to the best of our ability. Please work with your local store manager or event captain to arrange space, times, etc.
